Supreme Court briefs are searchable in The Making of Modern Law: The U.S. Supreme Court Records & Briefs, 1832-1978, which contains around 150,000 cases.  They can also be searched on Lexis (1936-1992 selected, 1993-) and Westlaw (1930-).

In addition, the library maintains the series United States Supreme Court Records and Briefs on Microfiche (1832-).  Landmark Briefs and Arguments of the Supreme Court of the United States: Constitutional Law also includes selected briefs.

For additional information on locating Supreme Court briefs, see the Burns Law Library's U.S. Supreme Court of the United States LibGuide.
