The lending period for library material varies widely depending upon the type of material, the status of the patron and the needs of other patrons to recall checked out material.

Based upon the nature of the library's collection, many items can be checked out.  Other material such as  Reserve and Course Reserve material may be checked out for 2 hours, and this material cannot be removed from the library.  Lending periods on circulating material varies according to patron status.  To determine the lending period for an item, take the item to the circulation desk.
