The tables volumes at the end of the United States Code (U.S.C.) allow you to determine where a particular section in a Public Law or Statutes at Large citation was codified in the United States Code.

The tables are arranged by Public Law number or Statutes at Large citation. Simply find the volume that has your public law or Statutes at Large citation and scan across the table to identify where it was codified in the Code. Here's an example with Public Law 104-1 (109 Stat. 23):
