Lone-offender terrorists are also known as "lone-wolf" or "lone wolf" terrorists. If you search by the keywords
"lone-wolf terrorism" in our library catalog, JACOB, you will see we have a few books on the topic.

The catalog doesn't include articles, though, so repeat your search in such databases as LegalTrac and Index to Legal Periodicals. Since this is a fairly recent phenomenon, you should also research news sources and online scholarly repositories like SSRN, the Social Sciences Resource Network. Scholars often post working papers and accepted papers to this site.

GW's Gelman Library also has a number of materials.
