SEC filings are available from EDGAR, the official database maintained by the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission.

SEC filings are also available through the following information providers, which provide enhanced search functionality and features:

  • Bloomberg Law (choose “Search & Browse,” then choose “EDGAR”)

  • Lexis (choose “News & Business,” then look for “Company & Financial” and select “SEC Filings - Full-Text & Abstracts”)

  • Mergent Online (search by company name or ticker, then choose “Filings”)

  • Westlaw (using the EDGAR database identifier)

For information on researching securities laws, please see the law library’s guide, Securities Law Research.
